Check for items left by guests. Clean glass surfaces, coffee table, TV screen. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Sweep and mop hard floors.ENTRY AND EXITS
Wipe down front door handle and keypad. Sweep or vacuum entryway. Check patio or outdoor space, sweep and tidy. Verify all windows and doors are locked. Test keypad or lockbox code before leaving.FINAL INSPECTION
Walk every room with a fresh set of eyes. Check all lights work. Confirm AC or heat is set to host preference. Send completion photos to Iron County Turnovers before leaving.

BEDROOMS
Strip all bed linens and pillowcases. Check mattress and mattress protector for stains. Replace with fresh laundered sheets and pillowcases. Make beds with tight corners, hotel style.
